JIHHI: Jurnal Ilmu Hukum dan Hukum Islam

JIHHI: Jurnal Ilmu Hukum dan Hukum Islam is a peer-reviewed scientific journal that publishes original research articles and scholarly studies in the field of legal studies and Islamic jurisprudence, addressing contemporary legal challenges and Islamic law dynamics.

The journal aims to disseminate research findings that contribute to the development of legal theories, Islamic law concepts, and judicial practices, particularly in understanding constitutional law, civil law, criminal law, as well as Islamic jurisprudence within local, national, and global contexts. JIHHI encourages empirical legal studies, normative analyses, and comparative law research that provide clear academic contributions and meaningful policy implications.

All submitted manuscripts must demonstrate:

  • originality and novelty
  • clarity of research objectives
  • appropriate legal methodology (normative, empirical, or comparative)
  • robust analytical discussion
  • relevance to contemporary legal and Islamic jurisprudence issues
